Noricco Toyoda

The Challenger, Noricco Toyoda, Associate Professor at Niigata University of Health and Welfare, has been actively working for the realisation of a truly global and multicultural society.
She met Seietsu Sato, a firefighter during the Great East Japan Earthquake via a conference where he gave a lecturer. He saved thousands of lives, while he could not save his beloved wife. After two years of silence, he suddenly realised his mission as a Kataribe and has been telling what really happened in order not to lose any more lives.

The book was published by him, a letter to his wife with a collection of rescue records in the Japanese language, which I believe should be in English to deliver to the world. This is my, or our challenge.
