If the Challenge has materialized and the payment has been processed under Article 6.1 of the COUNTDOWN Terms of Use, we will provide the Challenger with the personal information on the Supporters (e.g., name, address and e-mail address) necessary for the Challenger to provide the Return to such Supporters, via the system administered by us.

Other than the above, we will not provide your personal information to any third party except in the cases set out below:

  • When you have provided us with your consent
  • When provision to third parties is permissible under the Act or other applicable laws or regulations
  • If another company succeeds our business due to reasons such as a merger

We may provide your personal information to service providers such as payment processing service providers from time to time. In such case, we will request the service providers to properly handle your personal information and will conduct necessary and adequate supervision.
